Instructions for Individuals
Individuals requesting Argonne radiation dosimeters need to read and acknowledge they have read the following General Employee Radiological Safety for Individuals.
Acknowledgement will direct the individual to a page where they will provide official e-mail address of their Argonne sponsor.
Following the verification of the sponsor e-mail, the page for entering dosimetry assignment information will open.
Personally identifiable information (PII) will be requested. Once provided, the data will be provided to External Dosimetry for use in dosimetry assignment.
